Equinox projects have involved the entitlement of several residential and commercial properties throughout Northern Virginia and parts of Maryland.  Our vision for each tract of land purchased is followed up by a meticulous discussion of the best use for the site, the most beneficial type of development and design, and ultimately the necessary public and jurisdictional approval in order to move the project out of the design phase and into construction.

We work with many different counterparts along each step of this process, including homeowners and their HOA's, clergy, various historical groups and associations, architects, city and county planners, engineers, surveyors, inspectors, contractors and leasing agents. All are critical in the process.

Of particular note, Equinox has provided zoning entitlement for over 1,900 individual home sites and over 750,000 square feet of mixed-use office, hotel and retail in the Northern Virginia market.
